I bought the iPhone 13 pro, the auto-lock for the screen only allows 30 seconds to 5 minutes. However it doesn’t even wait for 5 minutes. What happened to the “ never” option? I am a full time student, this phone isn’t used for enterprise. Why don’t I have a “never” option?

If you have an Exchange account configured on the phone, either from an employer or your school, the administrators can enforce policies, including maximum auto-lock time.
“Never” allows almost anyone to pickup your phone and use it “as you.”

Since it has FaceID, unlocking by you is trivial.
Well, I bought my phone with my money. If I choose to leave it unlocked that’s my choice. I don’t need anyone telling me what is trivial. Your response wasn’t correct or helpful.
