My apple credits are in my account right, okay so when I try making an in app purchase for this game it accepts when I put in the information, but then says payment fails. Can anyone help with this?

Try ths -> Sign in to your Apple ID account page and check / edit your Apple ID details.
On the Sidebar click Payment methods -> then tap Payments Methods and tap Manage payment method.
