I want to upgrade to Big Sur. Apple support sent me a link but when i click on the link it changes to Monterey

Safari uses these links to find the old installers in the App Store. After you download the installer from the App Store, the installer opens automatically.
I tried this link and it does not work. Apple are so clever that the App Store goes and changes the link to the latest Monterey OS.
There has to be some way around this. Apple are not that smart.
