How to install Adobe Live Cycle Designer in MAC Pro

Hi I just purchased the MAC pro recently, for work i need to install Adobe Live Cycle Designer, however, it is not available in APP store as a app, what should I do to install the software

This may help. It also indicates that that app has been depreciated since the LiveCycle forms feature was not adopted by other PDF viewer vendors (such as by Apple with their MacOS and iOS Preview program and thus, forms created with this format were effectively orphans from day 1.

Adobe LiveCycle Designer is now superseded by Adobe Experience Manager forms (AEM forms), which offers the same features and much more. For more information, press the 'Download' button.

If you really want it you can use a virtual machine (Parallels or VirtualBox or VMWare)on the Mac and run windows and use the Windows version.
