Verify the active status of your subscription. See your subscriptions overview - Apple
Verify that the Apple ID account with the subscription is the active account on the Apple TV box. If the Apple TV box has multiple accounts, then this is probably easiest to see in Control Center: one of the users will have a green checkmark.
