Payment problems

Hello. I can't add a "mastercard" or "world" payment method. It says "The specified payment method is not intended for use in this store. Please select another payment method." I do not understand what the problem is. I disposed of the previous card and made a new one, unfortunately I cannot pay for iCloud. I would be grateful if you could help me solve this problem

Some things you can check - 

  1. Make sure your billing address is the same as what your financial institution has on file. 
  2. Be sure the country/region of your Apple ID is the same as the country/region of your financial institution. 
  3. Reach out to your financial institution and be sure there aren’t any issues with these specific online transactions. 
  4. Connect with Apple Support for additional assistance - Contact Apple Support
