MacOS Music song tempo slowdown?

I've looked in the menus on the MacOS Monterey Music app and also did some searches on how to slow down the tempo of a song and didn't come up with anything except third party app to do this. I'm not actually wanting to slow down the song but on several occasions I have hit some key combination or something has triggered (maybe a bug) for example slowing down a song in my library by close to 50%. The only way to fix it is to close the app and launch it again. Anyone else seen this and is there a hidden key combination which might be causing it when the app is the foreground app?
