I couldn’t get iPhone 11 Mophie battery charge case to start charging again I got frustrated I bought another one non Mophie I put the Mophie away and I just happen to be looking at it one day and it stopped blinking and started working again I went to their website zapp.com and it says unplug it from a strip outlet and plug it directly into the wall to reset it I didn’t know that at the time but also just not using it all overtime will reset it as well ! I plugged it back in with my USB C cord and is charging right up like nothing happened!
