Iv been trying to fix my Face ID on my iPhone 13 pro max and it just always says ‘move a little lower’ and then it just does nothing until it says to reposition and my face isn’t in the frame.
i have the latest update, I have restarted my phone countless times, it worked when I first got the phone (September 2021) and then it just stopped working and hasn’t worked since.

If you still can't enroll your face, contact Apple Support.
You should always have your device repaired by Apple or an authorized service provider. Improper repair, modification, or use of non-genuine Apple components in the laser systems may prevent the safety mechanisms from functioning properly, and could cause hazardous exposure and injury to eyes or skin.

no this has not resolved the issue. None of these steps work.
the screens simply shows as above and will not set up Face ID.
Face ID just says move lower
