MacBook Pro India delivery time change

Hi, I have ordered MacBook Pro on feb 16 2022 And given due date of delivery as between April 8-22 2022 which is too much time. I am not sure why will Apple need so much time for Delivery. I even called customer care to be told such due dates are normal and gave me assurance there won’t be any delays.

However on April 14th 2022 and I get a message and email from Apple that my order delivery date is updates to May 25 to June 5th with no further explanation or apologies.

This is highly unacceptable which means I would have paid 4 Monthly EMIs before getting actual product. I am planning to file a case in consumer court. It seems like Apple is taking its customer for granted and does whatever they want without considering impact to its customer.
