Just got an Apple Watch SE. The power cable doesn’t fit any of the 5 power adapters I have for my other Apple devices. What do I need to get to be able to charge/use my new watch? Can’t believe basics needed to start using watch aren’t included.

You will need a USB-C power adapter. The lowest wattage apple sells is 20W if I'm not mistaken but that it way more than needed for the watch. Anker may be a good place to check out for lower wattage USB-S chargers. The other option would be to just get a USB-A watch charging cable.
Should you want to take advantage of the fast charging capabilities of the watch, then you should stick with the supplied cable and use a power adapter that can supply 10W or more (up to 20W).
