Why do my iPhone photos look like this?

Ever since getting the standard iPhone 13 in December I’ve noticed that all of my pictures look noticeably worse than anything I was taking on my iPhone X. All images seem overexposed and grainy despite all of my photo settings being seemingly normal. I’ve attached 2 photos, one is a screenshot of the camera app, showing what I would expect to see, and the other being a picture taken from that exact spot and being noticeably different (and worse in my opinion)
