If I lost iPhone is still pending on find my app if the people who stole my iPhone guess the password can they do anything

They can only have a few guesses then the phone is disabled.

If you get a text in future that it has been "found" and sign into this with your ID to get it back, then they may get your icloud data. Apple will never send you anything like that. So,

don't fall for a scam like that.
Your data is safe even from FBI
You will probably never see the phone again, call your insurers.
