How to remove wall socket adapter tightly stuck onto Mac power adapter?
Hi,
Sometimes they're on there pretty tight. You have to grasp it between thumb and the side of your forefinger as tightly as possible and pull, making sure you're pulling the right direction. The "connection" is rectangular, one direction is longer than the other. Pull in that longer direction as hard as you can. If you simply don't have the strength, you may have to ask someone else to help.

If you mean the charger is stuck in the wall socket, pull harder. If it appears you're pulling the wall receptical out of the wall, get a licensed electrician as something is not right.
If the charger has an adapter plugged in and stuck tight, and it's not damaged, pull harder. Wash your hand in warm soapy water to remove skin oils and dry thoroughly first.
This helps you understand which way to pull.
