SpO2 Data missing on i-Watch 6?

I have an up to date iWatch 6, i Phone 11 in the US. I have tried and tried and cannot get SpO2 measurements to record. I get all the other tile bpm, Noise, Respiration but the SpO2 tiles shows no data in AutoSleep or in Heart Watch. I have Blood Oxygen enabled in Heart Watch to "allow Heart Watch to write". I'm stumped:

  1. I have afib could that interfere with SpO2 measurements?
  2. Also I use the i Watch Activity to Share steps readings with other family members ...... could that also interfere?
  3. Any other idea's??

Thanks,

Bill

Also per the instructions I do not have the Blood Oygen app on my i-Wacth 6. When search for it in the I-Watch App store to download I only get non Apple Blood Oxygen apps which are only data logger's.

I can turn Blood Oxygen ON but cannot "Enable Blood Oxygen Mesurements".

However I can find it in my i-Phone App store?

In Autosleep I see the grey SpO2 tiles but no data is there?

Strange ????

Followed the directions/results above:.

a. It is enabled in the Heart app, I can see the SPo2 tiles in the Auto Sleep app too but no graphic data is present

b. I can find the Apple Blood Oxygen app in the App store on my iPhone 11.

c. I cannot see the Apple Blood Oxygen app on my i-Watch 6 nor can I find it on the App store on my i=Watch 6. I do find other Blood oxygen apps but they are just logger's for oximeter type data. I downloaded one awhile ago and tried it, just entering manually data from oximeter measurements. The individual readings do appear in the Heart app. I have since deleted the app since it does not record real time while I sleep.

d. I still wonder:

a. I have afib could that interfere with SpO2 measurements?

b. I use the i-Watch "Activity" app to Share steps readings with other family members ...... could that also interfere with SpO2?

Thanks, I hope this helps identify the problem.
