TOC showing all goofy

Hello,

I've formatted a new book (235 pages) and everything is ok, but when I insert TOC, the table is all goofy and the numbers show under the titles instead of to the right. I know it has to do something with some orange arrows on top because when I move them, things change. But I can't figure out what I'm doing or how to make it correct. The pages are 6x9 because it is a book.
