Complaint about overcharged payment by Apple

Have you experienced any overcharge of your credit card after ordering Apple products online? And how did you handle it?

I purchased yesterday a total of THB 24,980 (= approx. USD 750) for Ipad Mini + Pencil + Folio. But half an hour after the THB 24,980 were paid, my bank account has been deducted a second time by Apple for the Pencil at THB 2,590 (= approx. USD 75), despite being part of the original THB 24,980.

Calling Apple customer care center, they immediately acknowledged the mistake was technical and on their end. But the best they could do was to apologize and ask us to wait one month for the refund to be made.
