Difficult situation.. account locked, all efforts are failing

A difficult situation.. when I try to login into iforgot.apple.com to recover my account, it says that it has been locked for security reasons. I then try to recover it, but that email address I used to have no longer exists and cannot be recovered, also I can't remember my security answers. Is there a next step? Thanks for your help.

For the security questions, if you are being told there isn't enough information to reset them, contact Apple ID Support.


If you don't know the answers, if the steps in the article below don’t work, contact Apple ID Support, although based on multiple posts I have read, they will not help you recover the answers to your security questions.
