Apple ID is not active.

I wanted to change my macbook pro’s apple id , but when i was trying to sign out it kept asking me for the apple id and password and when i typed in the apple id that is currently on the macbook , it had said it was not active. I don’t know what else to do !!!! help please

This Apple ID is not active. I create a new apple id and logged in to my mac that is bought recently. Next morning it is saying to login again i tried to login but it says "This Apple ID is not active." If tried to forget password and reset my apple id it says the same "This apple id is not active". and if tried to contact the support they also require to login my apple id. Now it is stuck there's no going back and forward.
