iPhone two way authentication number not mine

Having difficulty signing on my.new iPhone because my verification code is been sent to a different number ending ........69 and mine number is 23********39... Don't know how to.get my old account verified. On my email. Got email when I tried to log on countless times. Issue is this verification code goes to wrong number.
