IF Prime Video is the only app not working on your Apple TV, please delete the app and re-install it and test. If that still does not work, then I'd say Amazon is having a service problem and you should be in touch with Amazon. In the USA you can call (888) 280-4331 for customer service and they will route your phone call to the appropriate area.
