I had to get a new remote for my Apple TV . When I got it and set it up the Apple TV is asking for the code from my credit card. We no longer have that card and want to set up a new one. the Apple TV doesn't give us that option

On the Sidebar click Payment methods -> then tap Payments Methods and tap Manage payment method.
