Apple TV Issue

I keep getting this message for an email account that never existed when I switched from to Apple Products and have tried everything to get this from appearing 5-10 times in a row, especially when I am using YouTube on my AppleTV. Any help to stop this from happening for an email account I do not have. Thanks

If this Apple TV box had a previous user, and the device wasn't reset to factory settings, then it may still have some apps and services that are linked to the old user.

When apps are auto-updated, then the App Store is contacted through the account that installed it initially. If you can find that app, then delete and re-install that app.

Else reset the device to factory settings and start over with a clean slate. Reset or restore your Apple TV to its factory settings - Apple Support
