Called my carrier and was told to get in touch with Apple to get the carrier lock off. Was told by 20 tracfone reps and then was hung up on like 100 times (well more like 20) after I was on hold for 20 to 40 minutes.

My Walmart family mobile/tracfone iPhone XR had a carrier lock and sim lock so I can’t transfer it. I have been trying for about 2 weeks. And every time I called I was either hung up on or yelled at or put on hold and then hung up on and even got a the “We are closed” salutation. Was also told I was a liar. You have to have 12 months of service to get your phone unlocked. Well I was told I was at 310 or 320 days and I needed 350. But….I bought my phone in 2020. And I told them I still had the box and receipt to prove it. And the reason my phone shows fewer time is because I had to have a new SIM card mailed to me twice because so was sent a bad or junk one from them and that would take up to 2 weeks sometimes. I even told them that I can go on walnartfamilymobile.com and go to my history and show them that I have been a customer forever. I just want to switch carriers because the service is not that good in my area and I need a phone and do not hve the lineup to get another one. My daughter has Chiari Malformation and had brain surgery, my some has severe asthma, and my husband was just diagnosed with 3 debilitating types of vestibular vertigo and has to be tested for MS now. Some days i have to choose between who gets their meds or if I get food. I would appreciate any help possible. Thank you.
