Hello, I have a subscription on Apple Music and they just withdraw the amount twice this month and the second time they took more than usual amount

it seems like that you are being charged twice so for me I suggest that you request a refund Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple – Apple Support (AU)
things to consider when refunding. You may lose access to certain things if your refunded. Not everything is refundable. And it will take 24-48 hours
