iPhone Camera taking shaky, wavy pictures.

My iPhone 6S+ is running 15.4.1, I have restarted the device several times (hard restart), there is no cover over the lens. The images I get never focus. They move around like the camera can’t be held still (video, photo and square). The slow motion, pano and, time lapse show a more stable picture. Here’s what I get (I’ll try to upload a still).

Thanks for the response to my question, I frequently feel as though I’ve bought into the Mac world and support is just a pipe dream. Your response is telling me that maybe I thought in error. Thanks again.


So I followed the link to the problem determination steps and realized I had missed number 5 - see if the rear facing (by that I mean the selfie) camera had the same problem. I have since checked it out a no, the rear facing camera is fine. So my problem is the front facing camera is having the problem. I don’t know where in the data path the to cameras crossover but hopefully it is closer to the camera and thus a replaceable hardware issue.
