You cannot access the battery charge cycle count directly from iPad or iPhone devices. There are, however, software packages available that can access this information from a computer. Popular choices for Mac are Coconut Battery and iMazing - whereas iMazing is available for PC.

As the battery cycle count data is not, to my knowledge, directly exposed anywhere within iOS/iPadOS - I’d be intrigued to understand precisely what you believe you’ve found in the analytics data.
