Compromised passwords

This new security feature is good. However!!! What is the industry doing with our data? All 152 of my passwords have been compromised in data leaks, AGAIN. It’s maddening!!! 12 months ago, all 80. It’s a massive task updating them.

I am increasingly starting to despise technology. We simply are not safe in the tech environment. Doesn’t seem to matter what you do. I simply can not trust any of it anymore.

I’m not super tech savvy in all the background naunces and am just your average user who needs a phone as tool to manage and arrange 4 lives. I’m getting so over it. Bandaids everywhere. Not much works as it should and it actually wastes more time than it saves.

One very disgruntled user here 🤬

Troubleshooting Compromised Credentials:

Having your information, secure your accounts.

Store these Safely:

If you have all of these passwords compromised, then they were stored somewhere. So, do not provide access to your device to anyone whomsoever. All someone needs to do is view the keychain and enter your password, and all would show. Or, they could look at a sheet of paper you wrote these on. So, if you wrote these down, keep it stored in a safe place that only YOU are knowledgeable of, and only YOU have access to.

Store these Safely:

Take some screenshots, and print it, storing it in a private location that only YOU are knowledgeable of and only YOU have access to. Then, trash the electronic copy.

As for keeping the hardcopy, I’d also say get a Password Journal at a local retailer. Just know that for these 152 passwords, it might be a bit mind boggling to write it all down.
