Windows error

Every time I boot up my mac mini, I see this Windows error saying, "Automatic Repair," I don't know how to fix it besides the command prompt. Can someone please help me fix this? It's been an entire year since I got a good computer.

I really need help!!

Error message when starting up after installing OS 12.2 Hi all, I have a 2018 iMac Last week, I upgraded to OS 12.2, but even since there has been an error message every time I start the computer. The message reads something like "Your computer was shut down because of a problem..." Even though I shut down through the apple menu, and there were no other issues. I was very sick when the update came through. I figured it was the perfect time as I didn't need the computer much. I did find it odd that it didn't restart, but remained off. I'm wondering if something happened during installation. What can I do to fix this problem?

Btw, I'm running the latest version of Mac os
