Logitech combo touch is not responding in iPad 4th gen

It would be wonderful if back in shape also when I’m going to the app it’s saying that the key board is connected but I’m not able to nor get backlit lights. Also I talked to apple support they told to reset the network settings which I did and still is not working. Plus also the cursor is not visible on the screen.
