I’ve added my sister to Apple Music with my Apple Music (I’ve got the family sharing) but in her music app it says Cannot Connect?

If you both followed all the steps in:
Set up Family Sharing - Apple Support
Get an Apple Music family subscription - Apple Support
then she might be able to fix her issue by turning Sync Library off for all of her devices, then turning it back on again. Learn how.
