Hi, Is there any way I can give you the serial number for one of my devices and see the invoice for it, to know which card I used to pay for it?

If you bought from Apple directly, you will have several emails that have important information. In the shipping notification email is a link that will get you to an invoice. First, find the email and click on the ORDER NUMBER:
Log into your account to see order details:
Click the link I've indicated and the invoice will appear in a new browser window. The payment method is about halfway down the invoice:
NOTE: This may not be available if the purchase was made over about 18 months ago.
If you bought form a third-party reseller, you have to work with them, not Apple.
