FindMy App Problems How to Fix?

1) Though the app found some of my AirTags a few weeks ago, now it does not find them even if they are next to my iPhone 11 with latest iOS.

2) When I try to put in my home address (so I won't be notified that I "left them behind") it changes a correct street number to a wrong number and won't allow me to remove the incorrect address.

3) My bluetooth is on and connects to other apple devices just fine.

I am open to any suggestions. Thanks.
