Family sharing

When I log into my ipad it says "family information is not available" I only have this iPad on WiFi. It's never done this before. I can't get any ask to purchase notifications from my daughter.

It sounds like this is related to Family Sharing or possibly a network connection. Start by reviewing the steps in these articles:


If you don't see your family's shared content 


Restart your device and check for any updates:


Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Restart your iPhone


Also, make sure you have a good internet connection and test from another Wi-Fi network as well.
