How can I get an activation lock off if I purchased it second hand and cannot contact the original owner

I purchased a Apple Watch on fb marketplace and the watch is activation locked. I have already reached out to the original owner and she said she removed the device from her Apple ID however I still can’t activate the watch. I do have proof I purchased it, so I would really appreciate if someone could help me with getting apple support to remove the activation lock. Thanks
