3 months old MacBook Air M1 - trackpad and keyboard don't work

Hello! MacBook Air M1 trackpad and keyboard don't work. Also, the trackpad lost haptic click.

I reloaded my Macbook many times but the problem repeats over and over. But sometimes it starts to work again. Few interesting notes:

When the MacBook is reloading, the trackpads click sound comes back

When the MacBook is turned off, the trackpads click sound comes back

Power button works

The Bluetooth mouse works too

As I see that many people have the same problem? Dear Apple, what is the problem? It looks like a software issue.

I've just had a conversation with support and the specialist suggested to drop the MacBook to the service center. Case: 101681376181
