My airpods are very quiet in ear but very loud on the outside. i’ve already tried to reset them and it still doesn’t work. is there any other thing i can do to fix them? is there any thing that i can do

If by this you mean that when you have them in your ears, they sound quiet to you, but to others around you, they sound loud. We would recommend starting with cleaning them. It is possible the internal speakers are clogged and dirty, so you can't get good volume from them.
