Touch Bar issue

My Touch Bar light got faulty again after repairing it in warranty and now its out of warranty so I have pay $800 to get repaired which is totally unacceptable from such company like apple and problem is same even I asked for replacement at the first place but they suggested that its resolved but it came again after 90 days so no replacement now.

that's sucks as my Touch Bar working fine and there is no light in Touch Bar.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.3

Nothing to be done here, after your 90 days...

Was Touchbar part of the original repair(?) typically this is a logic board replacement if hardware.

You do not say what exact Mac is this...(?)

for software if it is Intel Mac— try both and see if it comes back to life

My MacBook M1 chip pro version 2020.
I consult with service centre and requested them to see in issue but their is 90 days limiting as they suggested for replaced parts and only my keyboard was replaced at that time so no replacement at this time.
thanks I submitted my feedback.
lets see what they say.

On the M1 w/ touchbar— there is no SMC/NVRAM
