Apple Mac mail List Preview not working. No matter how many lines I select I get none.

It sounds like this may be resolved by checking some of your settings: Change Viewing preferences in Mail on Mac - Apple Support. Choose Mail > Preferences, then click Viewing > List Preview.

Thanks for getting back to us. Let's try restarting in safe mode and see if you can then change List Preview: How to use safe mode on your Mac. Safe mode will clear cache and prevent third-party apps from launching. If it works as expected in safe mode, restart normally and test again. Let us know what happens.
