Family sharing blocked

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with my family sharing which is blocked since 4 months.

I tried the feature 5 months ago and weirdly, it didn’t work as it should. So I contacted Apple and they asked me to do some manipulations on my account (delete and create the family again several times) but they forgot to tell me that the manipulations led to block the feature.

I am now very annoyed because I can’t use the feature and I really need it.

I called the Apple support several times, they asked for the engineering team to unblock my account but it seems nobody is doing it in the team.

Can you please help me with this matter?
