I already checked with the site where I received the shot & it was submitted. I just want to know if this is an Apple bug issue in the digital card, Government bug in the system somewhere or does it take me back to my source for the booster.

Is your card verified by your state or through some other method? Contact whoever verifies it and ask that question.
