trying to sign into microsoft exchange email

trying to sign into work email on Microsoft exchange on my iPhone. Keep getting the message “AADSTS7000112: Application f8d98a96-0999-43f5-8af3-69971c7bb423’ (Apple Internet Accounts) is disabled.” Any idea what might be causing this issue? I am at a roadblock.
