MacBook Pro issue

Hey! I recently updated my MacBook Pro with an Apple update. After the update, the laptop has been running slow and the fan is running quite fast. This also leads to heating issues. Can anybody know what the issue is? Does anybody else also experience the same issue? Is there a solution to this?
