Apple TV Narrating TV Volume

Our Apple TV just started narrating the volume on the tv. VoiceOver is off, and I’ve you know switched it to on and than off again, turned off the TV and started it again. But nothing works, does anyone have any ideas?

VoiceOver is Apple’s accessibility assistant that describes interface (navigation) options.

The narrating voice during videos has a different name: Audio Descriptions. Audio Descriptions is a separate audio track (when available), like a language track. There is a setting for defaults in Settings﹥Accessibility, and you may alternatively enable or disable it just as you would change audio languages. Any Audio Descriptions track has “AD” behing the language name.

(Unfortunately, the User Guide for Audio Descriptions currently incorrectly describes VoiceOver for the “during video playback” usage.)
