How do I open a pdf saved to ipad when it asks for owner password?

Hi Ipadhelp109,
In order to open a password protected document, you will need to enter the password required. If this is a password you created for a Pages document/PDF, and you would like to remove this option or change it, follow these steps:
- "Open the document, click the Tools button
in the toolbar, then choose Change Password. - Do one of the following:
- Change a password: Enter the document’s password in the Old Password field, then enter the new password and click Change Password.
- Remove a password: Enter the document’s password in the Old Password field, then click Remove Password."
