'Vibrate' when charging

Hi,

I have a iPhone 6s running 15.4. I'm wondering if there is a way of turning off 'vibrate' when the iPhone is connected for recharging. I'm aware that it could be an intermittent cable or that the connector needs a clean (I've performed that). I've read a previous posting for the same complaint, and it said, go to Settings>Sounds and Haptics, which appears not to be in the iOS menu any longer. Anywhere else to look?
