Email. Now fails to attach a photo
New iPad Pro with m1 apple chip fails to send attached photo just show animations that it is loading or trying to find a photo

I’ve not myself encountered any issues with attaching photos to Mail Messages within the native Mail App. I too am using an iPad Pro M1 with iPadOS 15.4.1.
If you are experiencing difficulties, a first step would be to perform a forced-restart of your iPad - as doing so will often clear an isolated software issue:
- On an iPad with a Home button: Press and hold the top button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
- On other iPad models: Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the top button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
