Email not loading

Just upgraded the iPhone software and now my email is not loading. Error message: user ID or password incorrect. What changed?

Email problems I’m trying to add my e-mail account to my iPhone 13 Max Pro. As soon as I enter my e-mail address and password it says everything is working. When I go back to check the account settings the e-mail address has changed to some random letters and numbers - for example outlook_E1DB4Bgahshsueb@outlook.com. Obviously I’m not receiving any emails and I’ve tried deleting the account and re entering it many times now. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Email account stopped My email account stopped working/ updating on my iPhone. New messages are not posting and any sent emails are not being sent..... getting error messages about the server not recognizing etc. I have already reentered the correct/current password for both the incoming and out going servers. I have an old iPhone 5s and the system is iOS 12.5 just updated by Apple. The email account is working fine when using my laptop, with the same password. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you !

Delete and re-add the email account.
