Menu bar highlighting app when I press fn + (a key)

I recently upgraded to macOS Monterey and ever since I wasn't able to play Minecraft properly. Every time I press fn + (a key) the game pauses and one of the apps on the menu bar gets highlighted. However when I press command with fn the problem all of a sudden just goes, but I can't always hold command while playing. I tried checking System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts, but nothing helped even after trying to disable every keyboard shortcut. Could anyone help me on how I can stop the menubar highlighting a app every time I press fn + (a key)? Thank you!

Make sure that in Accessibility preferences you have Full Keyboard Access and another other special settings turned OFF.

Can you test while in Safe Mode? They definitely do not work with any of my Monterey installs.

This actually helps a lot. If you go into options next to "Enable Full Keyboard Access" the commands of fn + C, N, A, these are actually all the keyboard shortcuts that are bugging me. But I don't see how I can disable them. Again thanks a lot.

I checked three of my Macs that are running Monterey, Two Intel, one M1. There does not seem to be a way to disable the commands of fn + C, N, A. They seem to be hardwired.
