Airpods switching...

This isn't so much a question as it is a formal request...

I would really like to see Airpods get the automatic switching functionality between all Apple devices. Right now it only seems to work decently well when switching from a Mac to an iPhone, but not in reverse. There really should be an option to just make all devices "equal" in that sense or only prioritize the divice that is currently making a phone/video call or a similar immediate activity.
